We didn’t want to make your life harder, so we designed these to be simple drop-in replacements. We use high-wattage density so your heat bridge stops being the bottleneck in your kitchen. The tubes are wrapped in quartz glass. This keeps the tungsten filament safe while letting the IR heat blast through without any interference. And about the wiring—we use standard industrial connectors. Why? Because when a tube pops in the middle of a rush, you don’t have time to mess around with a terminal block or get out a toolkit. You just pull the dead one out and snap a new one in. Done.
One thing to keep in mind
Now, this isn’t magic; it’s physics. Because these elements dump so much energy into one spot, things get hot. Really hot. You’ve got to make sure your oven’s vents and housing can handle the extra heat. If your cooling fans are clogged with flour or just too small, you’re going to burn out your filaments way too soon. Keep the airflow clear. Your quartz will last longer, and your shift will go a lot smoother.
